TZ19 Homestay Subang Jaya is a newly painted 2 storey house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + free wifi. Suitable for short term rental or holiday rental.

This cosy Subang Jaya vacation rental is located in SS19 Subang Jaya (not USJ),
 (so you escape the daily traffic jam that USJ residents face).

This Homestay Subang Jaya is near to Sime Darby Medical Center and Sunway Lagoon. 
The house has spacious and cemented front yard if you wish to do bbq.

We provide FREE high speed WIFI and 50 TV channels to keep you entertained.
We also provide a selection of magazines, books and dvds for guests to read/watch on a rainy day.

Kitchen is fully equipped with built in kitchen cabinet, 2-door Panasonic fridge, stove, gas, sink, pots and pans, plates set, cooking utensils, kettle.

The dining table can seat 6-8 pax. New plates set and cutleries provided.

We even have Ikea plastic plates, cups and cutleries for chidren if you travel with kids.

We also provide washing machine, detergent, iron and ironing board if you need to wash and iron your clothes.

Bedroom 1 has queen bed, extra mattress, dressing table, cupboard, hangers, fan, lights, new curtains and pillows. 

It also comes with balcony for you to sit and enjoy the cool breeze.

 

Bedroom 2 has single bed, extra mattress, study table, fan, lights, cupboard, hangers, new curtains, and pillows. 

 

The 2 bedrooms can fit 6 persons, and if you have extra guests, they can sleep in the living room.  We provide floor mat, extra mattress and pillows upon request.

Bathroom 1 is just next door to bedroom 2.  Comes with hot water shower, WC, mirror and sink.

Bathroom 2 is downstairs with a newly installed toilet and traditional style mini water tank for a very refreshing shower.

At Thrift Stayz, we aim to provide affordable accommodation for people who wants the comfort of home.

The idea came about after the founder traveled to US with her mum and aunt, who insists that they want to cook at almost each location.
Most of the hotels we stayed on does not have ensuite kitchen, so we had to be creative, bring along electric pot, use plastic plates as chopping board, etc.  But these memories are what makes the holiday more memorable.

Therefore, it is our aim that all our holiday rentals will have cooking facilities for you to cook comfortably for your family/friends whilst away from home.
